Per Berglund
Per has a background in the financial sector (primarily insurance and banking). After being employed at the investment bank Carnegie from 1999 to 2004, Per was involved in building Söderberg & Partners from the ground up to over a thousand employees. In 2012, Per decided to leave the company, at which time he was the largest active shareholder. He then started ventures in various sectors, including food, software, and mining, on continents such as South America and Africa.
In 2014/2015, Per chose to return to Sweden as his base and, together with Mikael Gellbäck (a former colleague and Vice CEO at Söderberg & Partners), founded Nordiska.
Together with his colleague Max Donatello, Per has developed EB Invest, which today includes a wide range of companies across various industries. The common denominator is investing in people with the ambition of building long-term relationships. They have now built an ecosystem of companies, including Nordiska, Holyvolt, Enter, Lively Wines, Dannemora Gruva, AI Bob, SHFTRS, Nordic Gold Trade, Supertext, Relevance Com, Zwitch/Foremarket, De Faire Medical, Trudy, among others.
